New IUCN/UNEP Report on Ivory Trade

From the EAL’s team at CITES Bangkok:
New IUCN/UNEP Report – Uncertain Future for African Elephants. Poaching doubled and illegal ivory trade tripled in last decade.
Enhanced law enforcement, international collaboration and reducing demand required to avert crisis.

EAL’s comment is that they should have mentioned clearly who is the major culprit: China.
